Our Aspire Squads are designed for dancers ready to be challenged, pushed, and inspired in a high-expectation training environment - while still having a strong emphasis on fun and building strong friendships and a strong teamwork dynamic.

This is a rewarding pathway for dancers who show commitment, discipline, and passion - and who are ready to take the next step.
✨ Invitations will be sent directly to selected dancers. These students are also chosen based on their attitude in previous classes and towards fellow students as it's just as important in our squad to contribute to the positive culture we strive to develop and cultivate.
EXPECTATIONS
Students are expected to give their all in class, coming to class ready to give 100% in their effort, energy and attitude. They will need to be ready to work hard towards goals and step outside their comfort zone to grow, develop and then fully commit to all of their performances.
An excellent attitude and commitment is expected to ensure that all students get the most out of this special opportunity, this is an important part of students keeping their place in the programme for the year. Even though a high work ethic is always expected, it is also an extremely FUN experience to be part of and is a great OPPORTUNITY to extend and develop a students skills in different dance and drama genres and performance.
The following are our expectations of all students who are accepted to be part of the squad programme - please think carefully before accepting your place as we will follow our expectations closely for 2026.
All Squad Students must sit at least one exam or assessment.
All Squad Students must commit to their class and be regular in attendance, always bringing a positive attitude and ready to work.
All Squad Students are expected to be available for performances whereby possible (exceptions can be given in sickness, travel or other commitments by consideration).
All Squad Students are responsible to get themselves to and from performances - working in with other parents is always a possibility.
All Squad Students will have a fee for a squad uniform. This will be between $50- $100 and will be kept and owned by the student. This will need to be worn to performances any loss of this will need to be replaced at the students expense.
All Squad Students will need white shoes (sneakers) for their performances.
Most Importantly.... Squad Students will be expected to HAVE FUN! Be positive, bring their energy, their personality and effort to have an amazing 2026 in an environment that will surely challenge them and develop them.
