Join us for Aspire Arts Academy's 2026 Mini Show, featuring our youngest performers as they bring the magical world of Dr. Seuss to life!
When the Cat in the Hat discovers his famous stripy hat has gone missing, he sets off on an unforgettable adventure to find it. Along the way, he meets beloved characters including Horton, the Sneetches, Fox in Socks, the Lorax, Sam-I-Am, Cindy Lou Who, the Grinch, and many more, discovering that what makes someone truly special comes from within.
Filled with music, dance, drama, laughter, and plenty of Seussical fun, The Cat Who Lost His Hat is a heartwarming celebration of kindness, courage, friendship, and being yourself.

Mini Show Dress Rehearsal
Mini Show Dress Rehearsal
Wednesday 21st October | Putaruru Plaza | 3.45pm–5.30pm
There will be NO MINI CLASSES held at the Aspire studio for dress rehearsal week.
3.45pm - ALL Mini Show performers arrive
Please bring your child to the front of the Putaruru Plaza and find their class supervisor, who will be holding a class sign and will sign your mini in.
5.30pm - ALL Mini Show performers picked up
Please collect your child at the front of the plaza from their class supervisor who will sign them out.
IMPORTANT: Students can be dropped off directly to their class supervisor. Once their class is all there, they will be taken together into the theatre to be seated and wait for instructions. The dress rehearsal is CLOSED, and parents are not able to attend.
PRESCHOOLERS - you are having classes at the studio at normal class time and will not be attending this dress rehearsal
